Orthoceros Fossil specimen – small

Description

This Orthoceros Fossil specimen is a great gift for the fossil collector.  Orthoceros were once creatures that roamed the ancient seas.  These ones became embedded in a limestone matrix.  Each fossil averages 2 – 3 inches long, 1/2 – 3/4 inches wide,  1/2  inch thick and weighs 1/2 – 7/8 of an ounce.  The polished surface enhances the details.   Price is for one specimen.
