Photos of items

Crystals and minerals are unique items so no two are the same. Photos of most items on this website are only examples of typical samples. Only if item decription says “photo(s) of the actual item” can we guarantee that you will receive the item you see in the photo.

Returns

Full refund or replacement will be given in the case of damage during shipping. Please submit photo with your request.
In all other cases a 15% restocking fee will apply. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Return requests must be submitted to sales@thecrystalman.com within 2 (two) business days of receiving order. Please include order ID and the reason why are you returning items.
